Water Inundation
When I got to this home, I had a look at the damage inside the bedroom. the ceiling looked black with the damage that had been done by water inundation, I couldn't access the ceiling space on this house so I had to do check it out from on top, the only way to do it is take off some tiles to work out where the water was coming from
